The Better Business Bureau protects consumers and businesses against fraud and illegitimate business practices. That’s why maintaining an A+ Rating with the BBB is important to us. It showcases the remarks of actual FreightCenter customers and what they would say about our business ethics and practices.
To manage freight transportation on behalf of customers, third-party logistics (3PL) providers like FreightCenter are required to hold a surety bond, which protects consumers from financially unstable companies and fraudulent activity. In 2013, the minimum bond changed, and the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) requires that a 3PL hold a $75,000 minimum bond. FreightCenter customers are protected by a $100,000 surety bond backed by the Transportation Intermediaries Association (TIA).

We are a veteran-owned and operated 3PL provider. Our Co-Founders James Brosious and Matthew J. Brosious both served in the United States military. As a Marine and Army Ranger, the father-son duo has the same drive and passion for their country as they do for their company.
